Julie Mintz, the bewitching songstress, singer and Moby muse has a new track and video out. “Take Me Home, Country Roads”, is a haunting John Denver cover which spotlights what Julie does best—transport the listener to a dreamlike world where smoke and whiskey make the best bedfellows. This single follows her last successful single, “Purple Rain/Million Reasons”, which is a memorable mashup of Prince’s “Purple Rain” and Lady Gaga’s “Million Reasons.”

I caught-up with Julie at her LA home via an Instagram Live chat to talk about her new single, video, and what she’s been doing in quarantine.
