It’s a meeting of the minds. Mr Porter’s new capsule collection for Saint Laurent has blended the personality and design tastes of creative director Anthony Vaccarello with Mr Porter’s nod to their devoted clientele. The Mr Porter x Saint Laurent capsule includes menswear pieces, ready-to-wear, shoes, and bags for an eclectic summer collection with nods to various and timeless icons and rock’n’roll silhouettes. The collection features a heritage music note print that appears on styles of clothing inspired by time periods from the ‘60s through the ‘90s.

The men’s range consists of 14 pieces of ready-to-wear, accessories, and a pair of shoes with prices ranging from $275 to $4990. Saint Laurent continues to be one of the most in-demand luxury brands. The brand ranked among Lyst’s top ten for the hottest brands of Q1 for 2019. Vaccarrello also earned his street credibility when he partnered with rapper Travis Scott when he created all the outfits for his music video “Can’t Stay.”

Saint Laurent’s sales continue to be driven by its ability to appeal to demographics from the hip-hop community to the rock’n’roll crowd. Mr Porter has become well known for being one the most major e-commerce players in the menswear market worldwide, making them the perfect partner for Saint Laurent.

“Not only were we among the first brands to open in Japan, it was also the first international market for Brooks Brothers.”
