One of these people is not like the other. She’s known for her love of bright colors, feminine designs, and fur. He’s known for being the tattoo artist for some of the world’s biggest celebrities, including Justin Bieber, G-Eazy, and Post Malone. 

Fashion designer Sally Lapointe and tattoo artist Jonboy, who have been longtime friends, have collaborated for a limited-edition capsule collection. Jonboy did Lapointe's tattoos, so while the collaboration might come as a surprise to some, it was a long time in the making for the artistic friends. 

Jonboy has been a guest at Lapointe’s runway shows in the past, first attending the designer’s spring 2017 show. The inspiration for the collection came from the love the pair share for New York City. 

The 12-item collection features Lapointe’s signature statement dressing with monochromatic palettes and head-to-toe sets showcasing Jonboy’s minimalistic tattoos. This is the first-ever collaboration for LaPointe, which has long been a staple at New York Fashion Week for its runway shows and presentations.
