Some studies say that fragrance can both affect and change the mood. Karen Gilbert, perfumery expert and author of The Art and Craft of Fragrance, explains: “Odour molecules flow to the limbic system in the brain, where feelings, moods, emotions, sexual behavior and memory are processed.” I decided to have an mood adjustment by enjoying numerous perfumes and candles from Scandinavia that were sent to me. My favorite part was the majority are from my home country of Sweden.
