Tommy Hilfiger has revealed their collaboration with Lewis Hamilton for fall 2018. TommyXLewis marks the first collaboration between the designer and the British racecar driver and four-time Formula One World Champion. Hamilton is also a global brand ambassador for Tommy Hilfiger.

This collaboration embraces Tommy Hilfiger’s sportswear roots, and revisits classic American styles. Hamilton’s personal twist to every design takes inspiration from his luxury street style wardrobe and his lucky number 44. The collection’s unique logo features the brand’s iconic flag positioned between Lewis Hamilton’s initials in Old English Gothic typeset and Sky Captain color, inspired by the font used for his personal body art.

Key styles includes an intarsia hockey sweater in red, white and black color-block with statement ‘LH’ logo on the front, a long military-green park with detachable reversible liner, a white tracksuit with velvet stripes taping on arm and leg seams and ‘LOYALTY’ on the back inspired by Lewis’ personal tattoo, and a nautical wool and velvet greatcoat with naval gold-colored buttons.

The collection will debut at the TOMMYNOW experiential runway event in Shanghai on September 4 and will be immediately shoppable in the spirit of see-now-buy-now. The collection features apparel, footwear, accessories, underwear and socks.
