The book provides essential wine pairings for everything from popcorn, Honey Nut Cheerios, rainbow bagels to Michelin Star dishes. Vanessa explains the science behind the alliance of wine and food flavors and how to create your own delicious and unexpected pairings to elevate both the food and the wine. We loved the book so much we wanted Vanessa to help us pair wine with our favorite comfort food, bread!
