Prada has released its fall/winter 2018 fashion film and it’s dreamy. In Neon Dreams, director Willy Vanderperre captures Las Vegas’ nocturnal landscape with actress Sarah Paulson and model Amanda Murphy.

Inspired by the city’s neon lights, the showgirls, and midcentury iconography, the film situates Murphy as a mysterious heroine in a surreal reimagined version of Las Vegas.

Paulson, on the other hand, appears playing multiple renditions of the same character including Marilyn Monroe and a valet boy.

Paulson's multifaceted character is also meant to underline Prada’s continual and deep fascination with the constant shifting of personal identity through fashion.

‘Wearing Prada has always been an easy way to connect to myself... all parts of me. So to have been asked to be part of this inventive and evocative film, which embraces the multidimensionality of womanhood, was truly thrilling’, Paulson said.
