THE MODIST ANNOUNCES GLOBAL PARTNERSHIP WITH FARFETCH

Following a global shift towards modest fashion, luxury e-commerce site Farfetch has announced an international partnership with Dubai-based The Modist. Through this collaboration, The Modist -“the first of its kind fashion destination dedicated to modest luxury style”- aims to bring luxury modest dressing to a global audience, reflecting market growth and consumer demand.

“We are thrilled to be partnering with Farfetch, focused exclusively on luxury modest fashion that changes the fashion game. We both recognize the complementary nature of our businesses and with Farfetch’s global reach and The Modist’s deep understanding of the consumer in the modest fashion market, we will reach our woman worldwide, bringing her the best of fashion in a relevant and curated way,” said Ghizlan Guenez, Founder and CEO, The Modist.

“As we grow our partnership with Farfetch, we continue to drive The Modist with the purpose of empowering women and heralding a new era of diversity and inclusiveness.”

As part of the collaboration, the retailer will also drop a 10-piece 'Layeur' capsule on Farfetch. The capsule is part of a wider 100-piece Fall 2018 range that will be available at The Modist and feature a metallic 80s palette along with graphic prints.
